Way Stretch is a refreshing drink prepared quickly and easily, even the younger children mix their own. We need:
1 large cucumber, about 1 / 2 liter plant milk (rice, oat or soy milk), 1 tbsp lemon balm or Pfefferminzhydrolat, maybe a little coconut milk, about 4 tablespoons finely chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves (or, if available fresh coriander leaves or other fresh herbs), about 200 grams more solid organic yogurt, a pinch of fine sea salt, 1 tsp white almond paste, a teaspoon of fresh linseed oil, 1 tablespoon fine flax seed meal, 2 drops lemon oil organic or 1 Tr Cedratzitrone, for decoration some in the form of sliced radishes and fine almonds. Cucumber, chop the herbs finely and blend with the other ingredients except the radishes and almonds with a hand blender.
